Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry
4 Tbsp. Smoky Chipotle Honey Mustard (Retired)
12 asparagus spears, ends trimmed
½ cup cheese, finely grated
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Thaw puff pastry and roll out sheet onto cutting board. Brush mustard onto puff pastry sheet. Using a very sharp knife, slice into thin strips about 1/2" wide. Wrap each strip in a spiral around each asparagus spear. (Make sure the very ends of the asparagus are cut off to remove hard stalk). Place onto parchment lined baking sheet, top with cheese and season with salt and pepper. Bake in 400ºF oven for 12-15 minutes.
